We’ve been hard at work here at Fluidworks, and we’re excited to share the latest developments:

  • Enhanced Demo

Our demo has jumped from a 65% to a 93% success rate—no small feat, and we’re continuing to optimize it for even higher reliability.

  • Agent Performance

Our agent has completed more than 2,000 calls (that’s over 230 hours of call time). Each interaction is designed to feel more natural and focused on user needs.

  • Faster Response Times

We’ve reduced latency to under 400 ms. This ensures near-instant feedback, helping conversations flow seamlessly.

  • Reduced Hallucinations

Our new “Say No” feature means the agent can recognize when it doesn’t have an answer, cutting hallucination rates down to under 92%.

  • Streamlined Onboarding

We’ve shortened the onboarding process from 98 days to just 5 days for our first customer, drastically improving the time-to-value.

  • Slack Bot Launch

We rolled out a Slack bot so customers can launch and manage agent conversations directly from their Slack workspace.
