We’ve been hard at work here at Fluidworks and are excited to share the latest updates:
Enhanced Demo
Our demo success rate has improved from 65% to 93%. We’re continuing to optimize for even greater reliability.
Agent Performance
The agent has completed over 2,000 calls, totaling more than 230 hours of conversation. Each interaction is tuned to feel natural and centered on the user.
Faster Response Times
Latency is now under 400 ms, enabling smooth and responsive conversations.
Reduced Hallucinations
With the new “Say No” feature, the agent can now recognize when it doesn’t have an answer, reducing hallucination rates to below 8%.
Streamlined Onboarding
We’ve cut onboarding time from 98 days to just 5 days for our first customer, dramatically improving time-to-value.
Slack Bot Launch
Customers can now manage and launch agent conversations directly from their Slack workspace.

Our new in-app agent is launching soon. Think of it as a personal operator inside your product—capable of handling onboarding and other flows at human-like speeds. It completes actions in under 200 ms and full tasks in about 400 ms. Built for deep coverage, it can guide users through nearly any part of your product.
